Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» and Resolution No. 172: Non-returnable/non-exchangeable: perfumery, cosmetics, hygiene items, manicure/pedicure tools of proper quality. Returnable/exchangeable: factory defective items, items not listed in Resolution No. 172, or mispacked items, provided the item is unused and original packaging is intact.
Return Instructions:
- Take clear photos of the item, defect, and packaging.
- Send an email/messenger inquiry with photos and order number marked «Return» to «mashacreate.shop».
- Await manager confirmation. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 3 business days of item receipt at the Seller's warehouse.
